Warren Perry, Senior Compliance Advisor

Warren Perry is a Compliance Advisor with responsibility for product development and marketing strategies at QUMAS. He joined QUMAS in 2003 as a Life Sciences Consultant providing technical and sales support for the US.

Warren has extensive experience in the area of Content Management Systems and Item and Transaction Processing in the Financial Services sector having done work in Brokerage and Credit Card servicing and Retail Banking. In the Life Sciences industry, Warren has several years experience in Regulatory Compliance, Submission Life Cycle Management and e-Submissions.

Prior to joining QUMAS, Warren worked as a Technical Account Manager with CDC Solutions Inc., a Senior Product Manager with Anacomp Inc, and as VP of Operations for Micro-Datamation Corporation.

Warren attended the University of Nevada. He is based in San Francisco, in the US.

 

Linda Wolosz, Senior Compliance Advisor

Linda Wolosz is a Senior Compliance Advisor in the Financial Services practice at QUMAS with expertise in risk-based monitoring and compliance.

With over 30 years experience in the financial industry, specializing in internal audit within the commercial and investment banking arenas, Linda has knowledge of a broad spectrum of financial products and services and related risk-based control processes.

Prior to joining QUMAS, Linda developed and managed an AML compliance consulting practice at Prime Associates, a provider of AML software, where she worked with clients to develop policies, procedures, AML customer risk models and assisted with compliance related aspects of application implementations

From 1988 to 2005, Linda developed and managed internal audit departments in the international banking environment at Credit Agricole and WestLB. Prior to 1988, Linda worked at Bankers Trust splitting thirteen years between internal audit, trading floor support management, and foreign exchange trading system implementation.

Patricia Santos-Serrão, RAC Regulatory Advisor

Patrícia Santos-Serrão is a Regulatory Advisor in the Life Sciences practice at QUMAS with focus on Clinical and Regulatory Affairs processes. She has been in the Life Sciences industry since 1994 starting her career at Schering-Plough in Kenilworth, NJ, and later joining Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceutical in Ridgefield, CT, both in RA. Having had experience with global submissions both paper and electronic over eight years, Santos-Serrão moved into the solutions provider sector joining CDC Solutions, which was later acquired by Liquent, and CSC as a Business Process Specialist and Regulatory Specialist. She has assisted various customers during her time at CDC Solutions, Liquent and CSC in compiling eCTDs, and other submission format filings worldwide.
