Partner Pavilion
QUMAS partners are invited to participate in the Connect 2008 Partner Pavilion at a variety of sponsorship levels. The QUMAS Connect Partner Pavilion offers sponsors the opportunity to:
- Connect directly with conference attendees at receptions,
scheduled breaks and meal functions - Demonstrate how your products can help attendees meet their
compliance and documentation needs - Network with QUMAS staff, colleagues, peers and potential new partners
In order to facilitate strong attendee/partner interaction at QUMAS Connect 2008 we have selected an intimate venue with excellent meeting space. The Welcome Reception, breakfasts and coffee breaks will all take place within the Partner Pavilion. During the general session QUMAS will formally introduce the sponsors by presenting one overview slide on each partner organization.
In addition we have extended break times and provided an extra incentive for attendees to connect with QUMAS partners: on completion of a partner-focused task all participants will be entered into a draw for an Apple i-Phone!
Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon receipt of your contract, QUMAS will send you a confirmation of exhibit sponsorship and booth position. Payment in full is required prior to the conference opening.
