My QUMAS is a Web-based compliance framework that provides a single point of access from which users can monitor their areas of responsibility and perform specific tasks across GRC initiatives, including accessing QUMAS compliance content, business process and risk management software solutions as well as existing applications, including email and company intranets/extranets. My QUMAS ensures that information such as alerts, "my tasks" and any approaching deadlines are both current and immediately accessible in relevant combinations. In turn, single sign-in allows users to collaborate, communicate and search within a simplified working environment.

Views and/or dashboards are specifically tailored according to roles and permissions so that users only view what is meaningful to their respective day-to-day responsibilities. As an example, an attorney in the legal department of an organization can monitor regulatory changes in My QUMAS and require a related policy to be reviewed. A business unit owner, responsible for the policy, may update the policy and invite others to provide edits or comments. A coordinator in HR may publish the final approved policy to all employees and require a Read and Understood attestation through My QUMAS. At the same time, the CRO’s office may initiate a reassessment of the risks and controls as a result of the policy change. Executive Management may run a summary report summarizing Read and Understood status prior to a Board meeting and use the reports to proactively document good governance. An extremely flexible solution, and an integral part of the QUMAS GRC Suite, My QUMAS leverages Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2007, as well as many other existing systems to integrate QUMAS applications seamlessly - connecting users, projects and knowledge.
