QUMAS Content Cache
QUMAS Content Cache is designed for QUMAS DocCompliance users in geographically remote locations that are accessing content on an ongoing basis from a central site. It is not uncommon for users at remote sites to experience performance issues in accessing and transferring critical files. Content Cache alleviates potential performance bottlenecks by delivering a piece of software that can sit on any local server. The software stores frequently accessed files so they become, in effect, 'local' and significantly enhances document retrieval and response time.
Key Features:
- Guaranteed full version control -- for example, a document viewed on Monday in the UK that is then changed centrally on a Tuesday from the US is automatically downloaded again to the cache by a user requesting the same document on a Wednesday in the UK
- Administration functions allow you to limit the number of documents that reside in the cache, clear the cache, and determine statistics, including hits, misses, counts, etc.
- Security settings on the repository apply regardless of the location from which you access content
- Scales to support 50,000 users with rapid deployment and minimal training required

QUMAS Content Services
QUMAS Content Services consist of the Printing and Rendering services that are used mainly with QUMAS DocCompliance.As well as managing printing and rendering, the Content Services carries out load balancing between servers to improve overall system performance.

- 'Task time out' capabilities - to supply detailed information to users when system tasks, such as printing, time out
- Enhanced error handling and reporting, and improved error recovery
- Increased robustness and reliability across printing and rendering - e.g. if a server crashes mid-job, it will restart that job when the server reboots
QUMAS SDK
The QUMAS SDK is a programming interface that enables our clients and business partners to integrate third party applications with QUMAS solutions. The interface allows approved organizations to communicate with the QUMAS servers and access a broad range of QUMAS functionality.
This flexible interoperability offers QUMAS business partners the opportunity to add the functionality and value of QUMAS applications to their own products. In addition, QUMAS customers can use QUMAS SDK to enhance their existing infrastructure by linking them to the QUMAS applications and pulling data from 3rd party systems into the QUMAS compliance framework.

QUMAS Utilities is a general purpose utility application created to assist in the administration of QUMAS products, and in particular, to facilitate in the process of performing data loads and data migration from legacy systems
