ProcessCompliance 2.5 Application Administration Course

Course Description

A 2 ½ day lecture/lab course, providing a technical introduction to the basic operations of ProcessCompliance and a general overview of core integrated components and tools. The course focuses on the basic operations, fundamentals and common practices for administering, configuring and deploying the ProcessCompliance process management system. The course starts off with a technical introduction to the basic operations of ProcessCompliance and a general overview of ProcessCompliance's product architecture, process management functionality, user interface and the demonstration of a preconfigured solution. Next, attendees will get the opportunity to create their own process types in ProcessCompliance utilizing the basic features and functionality of enterprise process management. Attendees will learn how to use ProcessCompliance to perform basic tasks such as data field creation, forms and workflow management, business rule creation and modifying the look and feel using style sheets.

Finally, attendees will learn ProcessCompliance administration tasks including integration with the DocCompliance system, setting up views and searches with a firm foundation in common configuration practices.
