Systems Health Check for DocCompliance
Examining your QUMAS Solution periodically to improve performance and spot future problems is crucial to keeping your business running optimally and well-positioned to handle future growth. QUMAS understands this requirement and has developed a service offering designed to help you achieve your system health and better align IT with business requirements.
Our System Health Check is a periodic assessment to benchmark the operating condition and current performance of your application. A QUMAS Technical consultant will perform this analysis onsite by reviewing all system components to confirm proper installation settings (based on current best practices and customer usage) and reconcile any discrepancies, reviewing recent logs/errors to isolate the root cause of any performance issues.
Additional components include:
- the compare, auto-population, rendering/printing and reports services, as well as localized configurations;
- examination and assessment of the utilization of the hardware configuration including CPUs, memory and disks;
- review of how well the software environment is being utilized, including including its architecture, background processes, startup parameters, application configuration and built-in functionality
QUMAS will also examine the Oracle/SQL, DCTM database operations as appropriate but a more complete database health check is available as a separate service.
At the conclusion of the audit, your QUMAS consultant will deliver a written report detailing assessment conclusions as well as any recommendations for improvements in your server hardware and software environment.
